Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for an onsite, temp to perm role with our client in Chattanooga. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Labor & Employment litigation experience. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, correspondence, memos, etc, drafting various pleadings and incorporation of documents, trial preparation to include organizing discovery documents, preparing exhibits, bates labeling, organization of client files, etc, filing and recording documents with the appropriate offices/courts, and maintaining client documents and emails in client workspaces. Essential skills include MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent written and verbal communication, and analytical/organizational abilities.
