Our client, a popular gifting brand, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their team on a contract basis.
This is a temp-to-perm hybrid role out of Jericho, NY (Long Island).
Responsibilities:
- Manage email and call communications with clients
- Utilize CRM Database to closely track client information
- Conduct outbound call campaigns to existing company partners regarding expansion to new categories.
- Maintain close relationships with fulfillment partners, capturing information from them, and/or communicating information to them.
- Conduct outbound call campaigns aimed at maintaining operational viability within the fulfillment partners (e.g. inventory replenishment, holiday preparation/projection reviews, product preparedness, etc.)
- Conduct Quality Assurance calls with fulfillment partners
- Work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, etc.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years+ experience within sales or account management.
- Must be skilled with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
- Must work and communicate well with others – peers, managers, external associates.
