Weekly Pay Range - $1930 To $2144 Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Step Down, Intensive Care / Coronary Nurse (ICU), Cardiac Progressive Care (CPCU) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights 7pm - 7am Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Solid critical care background Job Description: - Provide professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes. - Develop, implement, and evaluate patients' care plans. - Create an atmosphere that supports the mission: To care, To heal, To educate. - Act as the primary caregiver, providing direct patient care. - Collaborate with other care team members, physicians, and the patient/family to achieve optimal outcomes. - Handle confidential patient information and make decisions independently and collaboratively. - Work under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing. - Be adaptable to floating to similar areas in different locations as needed. - Work every other weekend. - Use EPIC electronic medical records system. - Holiday coverage required.
