Jackson Lucas has been retained by a National REIT to identify and recruit a Senior Associate for their Investments team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting senior Investment team members in the underwriting / financial review of asset cash flows, real estate metrics, and tenant creditworthiness. The Senior Associate will work with third-party service providers, including potential lenders, brokers, attorneys, and consultants to ensure that acquisitions are consummated. The position will require analyzing, monitoring, and occasionally reporting on the performance of the firm’s portfolio of income-producing real estate investments. The Position will report to the Chief Investment Officer and will be based in either Winter Park, FL or Daytona Beach, FL.
