- PowerBuilder Development (version 2017 or higher)
- 10+ years' experience SQL Query Writing. Resource must have a high level of SQL query writing skills to write complex queries to pull data from a Sybase and MS SQL Server database.
- Capable of picking up and deciphering code with minimal guidance
- 10+ years' experience documenting and performing unit testing
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline.
Years of Experience
Research and modify PowerBuilder source code to document the steps the application uses with data.
Resource must have a high level of SQL query writing skills to write complex queries to pull data from a Sybase and MS SQL Server database.
Must have experience developing processes to extract and manipulate data to support data migration and data cleansing of application data.
Must have experience in performing data profiling, data mapping, data manipulation, validation, and analysis.
Must have experience working with other developers utilizing source control.
Must have experience documenting and performing unit testing to support program changes.
Must have experience creating, updating, and maintaining documentation for programs, system specs, and flow diagrams.
Must be able to work with the client and/or Business Analyst to support test scenarios.
Analyze and document identified problems to determine root cause and provide root cause analysis.
Follow change management procedures and provide input to execute changes.
Capable of working with clients to gather requirements and ensure functionality meets the needs of the agency
