Requirements:
- Ideally, a minimum of 3 years in a customer service-related field, preferably in a call center.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all prospect and resident calls and chats, including application status inquiries, move-in/move-out experiences, escalations, and light maintenance requests.
- Provide training and mentorship to other contact center team members while ensuring quality control of all calls.
- The opportunity to become a Team Shift Lead includes more in-depth training and some light onboarding duties.
Ideal Candidate:
- Efficient in time management, detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in their work.
- Accountable and attentive, with excellent customer service skills for interactions with residents, associates, and vendors.
Hours:
- On-site, 5 days a week
- Shifts available from 7 am – 4 pm and 10 am – 7 pm
