Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations using psychometric assessments.
Identify and address student needs to maximize academic achievement.
Provide counseling, instructional support, and behavioral interventions.
Collaborate with school staff, parents, and community agencies to support student well-being.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and implementation.
Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in School Psychology from an accredited university.
Pennsylvania School Psychologist Standard Certificate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes.
Experience working with diverse student populations, preferably in a low-income or underserved community.
Understanding of Pennsylvania laws related to special education.
Ability to work effectively with students, families, and school staff.

PA Criminal Clearances
PA Child Abuse Clearances
FBI Clearances
Physical (including TB Test)
Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in an urban school setting.
Knowledge of positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS).
Experience with crisis intervention and counseling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
