Job Summary & Responsibilities:
- Support requests
- Provide front-line technical support in-person or via email/phone. Escalate to IT Engineers as needed
- Document resolutions for common issues in a knowledge base
- Tech onboarding
- Conduct initial training sessions with new employees to explain our IT systems and software applications
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, manuals, documentation, etc.
- Hardware inventory management
- Log and track all hardware inventory (laptops, desktops, printers, networking equipment, etc.)
- Stage laptops for new hires, ensuring integration with Azure AD and compliance with security measures
- Repurpose existing laptops/desktops for redeployment
- Workstations and conference rooms
- Set up and rearrange workstations (monitors/docking stations + webcams, headsets and other peripherals)
- Regularly test conference room AV setup to ensure minimal workflow disruption
- Networks and infrastructure
- Install and configure networking solutions for new office locations (routers, switches, wireless access points, cabling)
- Install and configure conference room setups for new office locations (camera, soundbar, microphone, touch tablet, TV)
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment
- Support desk ticket solutions
- IT systems and network solutions
- Salary: $100,000-$120,000
