Role Overview:
The Data & Analytics Service Line Markets Role is critical for the growth of our Data & Analytics (D&A) Service Line. In addition, the D&A sales leader will need to establish themselves as Data & AI services trusted advisor with our clients and with our internal client partners/account managers.
The key to this role is to have a deep understanding and ability to shape successful deals spanning across D&A: Data Engineering (Modern Data Platforms, Data Management & Governance, Data Integration Engineering), Data Sciences (Marketing & Sales Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics), Advanced Visualization & Business Analytics (Business Intelligence, Analytics at Scale)
Responsibilities:
- Partner with our Industry Sales teams to grow accounts and position D&A services to clients.
- Partner with the D&A Presales / CoE teams in conceptualizing the industry specific solutions & estimates.
- Help develop and execute the Sales strategy and plan to grow the D&A footprint in specific set of industries and accounts ·
- Manage a book of business by tracking progress on account revenue growth, margin and CSAT scores.
- Drive GTM D&A strategy for the specific Industry group
- Support and Lead sales pursuits and shape deals to improve the winnability.
- Manage customer relationships with key accounts.
- Internal evangelization of D&A Services across LTIMindtree service lines and Industry teams
- External evangelization at Industry events and conferences
ACTIVITIES & SKILLS TO ACHIEVE ABOVE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- At least 10 years within business and technology consulting services with majority of experience and focus across D&A advisory and technology services.
- Experience of D&A spanning across: Data Engineering (Modern Data Platforms, Data Management & Governance, Data Integration Engineering), Data Sciences (Marketing & Sales Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics), Advanced Visualization & Business Analytics (Business Intelligence, Analytics at Scale)
- Prior experience of Pre-Sales: Estimation and Solutioning
- Have personally owned order booking / revenue targets with an excellent track record.
- Must have worked with consultancy firms and would consider Digital born organizations as LTIMindtree.
- Should be serving in a similar role now and MUST have spent the majority of career in a service organization.
- Consulting sales approach to opportunities, Sales strategy & execution for D&A services organization
- Strong sales experience built on solid technical and sales background.
- Strong relationship building experience with senior level executives (CDOs, CMOs, Business, CIOs) spanning across business, marketing & technology.
- Understand the challenges and opportunities within the industry · Experience addressing these issues with D&A solutions and industry trends.
- Strong exposure to the business and technology concepts of the D&A ecosystem

Pay Range:
Base Salary:$230,000 per annum to $250,000 per annum; Full-time; Mid-Senior level plus
In addition, we offer a bonus which is dependent on achievement of targets by the role holder as well as the organization.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
