Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst V
Location: Onsite; Fremont
Duration: 12 Months to start with
We are seeking an experienced supply chain analyst to lead and enhance our operational processes through project management and advanced data analytics. This role requires a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain functions, data analysis, ERP tools, and supply chain management software. The successful candidate will take complete ownership of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
Must-Have Skills
Strong proficiency in supply chain processes and tools and ERP systems,
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage a diverse team of stakeholders. Project management skills are a must so 4-5 years of this
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Nice-to-have Skills
Experience with Python or R for data analysis. Ability to write script

Experience in conducting Quarterly Business Reviews and managing supplier relationships
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze current warehouse operations processes for inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Propose and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Evaluate, recommend, and oversee the implementation of supply chain systems and other new technologies that enhance inventory tracking, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Project Ownership: Take full ownership of projects, overseeing all aspects from planning to execution, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time. .
Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly engage with suppliers and internal teams to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.
Prepare and lead key vendor QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) for leadership.
Meeting Management: Organize and conduct regular sync meetings, including weekly and bi-weekly team updates, to ensure transparency and keep all stakeholders informed of project progress and operational changes.
Work with data intelligence teams to develop metrics dashboards, providing real-time visibility into performance metrics and enabling informed decision-making.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to align projects with organizational goals and adjust strategies based on operational data insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain fields, data analytics, and project management within an operations or logistics environment.
Strong proficiency in supply chain processes and ERP systems
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage a diverse team of stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly and persuasively.
Preferred Skills:
Strong data analysis and Reporting: Ability to utilize advanced analytics to drive insights from operational data, focusing on improving efficiency and reducing downtime.
Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
Proven track record of improving supply chain or logistics operations through data-driven insights.
Experience in conducting Quarterly Business Reviews and managing supplier relationships.
Knowledge of EDI and familiarity with ASN data management.
