Aerospace CMM Programmer/Quality Technician

Your Role:
As an Aerospace CMM Programmer/Quality Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure product quality.
- Performing first-article, in-process, and final inspections.
- Analyzing inspection data and preparing detailed reports.
- Maintaining calibration of measurement equipment and compliance with quality standards.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes.
- Applying quality inspection techniques to identify nonconforming hardware.
- Managing quality documentation and ensuring adherence to procedures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Program Management, and Customers to resolve quality issues.
- Handling materials, receiving, packaging, and shipping.

- Salary Range: $58,000 - $75,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in programming and operating CMM machines.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Experience with metrology equipment and software such as PC-DMIS.
- Knowledge of quality control principles and practices, including familiarity with AS9100 standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain US security clearance.
- Background check and drug screen required.
