Position: Trial Attorney

We are a dynamic law firm specializing in personal injury, wrongful death, defective products, mass torts, and complex employment litigation. We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate with a strong background in trial work to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Handle complex legal matters from inception through resolution, focusing on personal injury and related cases.
- Independently manage discovery processes, draft and argue motions, and prepare for trial.
- Actively participate in jury trials, leveraging your trial experience to advocate effectively for clients.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategic case planning.
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with at least one jury trial involving injury, preferably on the plaintiff's side.
- Skills: Exceptional courtroom skills, including trial advocacy, case strategy, and client communication.
- License: Must hold an active Ohio Bar License.
- Availability: Ability to work in the Dublin office at least 3 days per week.
- Additional: Having your own book of business is not required but may influence salary structure.
