Position Details:
- Develop and conduct ROW outreach
- Negotiate the purchase or sale of property rights and leases
- Coordinate survey services and develop work scopes
- Interact with landowners to address questions and concerns associated with company operations
- Perform land records research
- Secure railroad permits and other land use approvals
- Enter data into the departments CLS (Contract Land Staff) landowner/land rights system database
- Draft easements, licenses, leases, settlements, contracts, etc. for legal review
- Participate on project teams as the ROW representative, prepare reports, and meet schedule and budget expectations
- Other duties as assigned.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent skills with Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
Understanding of utility infrastructure projects and ROW.
