Seeking a highly organized and motivated Data Center Project Manager with experience in Server and Database related projects. As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products or solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
Ideally looking for a hybrid Scrum Master/Project Manager.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a IT Project Manager who has strong experience with infrastructure focused projects, specifically with Servers and Database Administration.
- Project management and coordination experience with infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and expansions.
- Good understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, strong attention to detail and must have great problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you will be doing:
- Act as the IT Infrastructure Project Manager for one or more teams.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and other stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
- Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and project milestones using appropriate tools.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages open communication, creativity, and innovation.
- Ensure adherence to Agile processes and standards while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
