This is a fully onsite position located in Rochester, New York.
The Principal IT- Manufacturing role is a strategic management position which drives business and IT change by leveraging and implementing innovative technologies. This position bridges the gap between business and manufacturing solutions, creating solutions to implement best practices in the business process while leveraging enabling technologies. These solutions will improve the business performance while lowering IT total cost of ownership in a scalable, continuous improvement support model.
You will define projects, drive business interaction, and create high performing teams to deliver these results. You will have management responsibilities and will create and support career progression for your team within the IT operating model, challenging them to continuously learn and expand their skills and responsibilities.
This is a leadership position which requires a high degree of business and technical knowledge. In this role you will act as a change agent so effective communication, negotiation and prioritization skills are required.
The scope of responsibilities broadly covers manufacturing solutions support for Kodak's Advanced Materials and Chemicals group across planning, scheduling, production, procurement, supply chain, quality, plant maintenance, and associated advanced analytics and MES and Lab Systems integration.

Required Knowledge/Education:
5-10 years+ experience:
• SAP ERP experience in Manufacturing environments.
• Manufacturing application and business process design.
• IT technology and manufacturing data management.
• Supervisory management and change leadership.
• Manufacturing/operations program and project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or computer science
