Job Summary
This role will provide support to the US Facilities Director
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Coordinating daily facility related functions, deliveries, work requests from departments within the New York Locations and US Salons
- Vendor management, Invoice reconciliation and processing
- Point person for code compliance FDNY, DEP, DOB
- Liaise with security coordinating vendor services, scheduling work
- Partner with Human Resources scheduling fire drill at all locations
- Manage Time keeping (ADP System)
- Manage ordering of office supplies
- Supervising the delivery of contractual services and managing vendors
- Organize and oversee facility-related projects, such as furniture installations, coordinating with contractors and internal departments ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations
- To be on standby in case of any emergency depending on the nature and gravity of the situation, during off hours
Job Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance, operations, and project management
- Vendor management for specialized services
- After hours, on call availability and some Saturday work will be required
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
