Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. We are seeking a Business Analyst to work on a 6 month C2H basis to assist with the project workload. This candidate will be responsible for supporting and coordinating master data creations, changes and maintenance, data integrity initiatives, and related business processes to ultimately ensure data quality in SAP S/4. Some projects you will be assisting with are around acquisitions and accounting process automation. Some after-hours work will be required.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
Creates and changes financial master data into SAP S/4 based on business requirements
· Execute mass updates/changes
· Enter data into test environments as needed
· Perform data cleansing through periodic review
· Maintain data in multiple custom tables
· Monitor and work on relevant incidents assigned to the support queue
· Partner with multiple business units in a service provider environment of continuous change
· Confidently and assertively liaison with business users and management
· Excellent business process analysis; business analytical problem-solving skills as well as the ability to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions
· Data integrity of Master Data information – Advance in Excel
· Maintain flexibility to meet changing business requirements
· Engage in other assignments as requested by supervisor
· Bachelor degree in business related area or information systems
· Advanced Excel (Formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, h-lookups and macros)
· Knowledge of SAP FICO – 2 year
· Knowledge of Finance/Accounting business processes – 2 year
· Ability to multitask and prioritize workload for daily support and projects as needed
· Attention to detail and a rigorous focus on delivering quality output.
