We are currently seeking a Admin Assistant to join our KSS team in Roanoke, Virginia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Various administrative duties to support the Office staff
- Invoice processing
- Job creation and maintenance
- Process cost analysis
- Collect and process time entry
- Interface with sales and accounting department
- All other work-related duties assigned by management
Education & Qualification Requirements:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Knowledge and proficiency in basic computers/software skills
- Ability to answer multi line phone system with ease
- Proven initiative and a positive attitude
- Highly dependable
- Pass drug test
- Submit to a background check
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position in an office environment; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear, use hands to finger, grasp, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls. The employee is occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach with hands and arms, walk; lift push or pull objects up to 20 pounds. Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
