The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of employment-related claims, including FEHA, wage and hour, class actions and PAGA, and providing advice and counsel involving similar issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working on the defense of employment litigation matters, with experience conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and assisting with mediation/arbitration/trial preparation
- Prior experience working on the defense of wage and hour, class actions and PAGA claims is preferred
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Qualifications
- Must be admitted to the California State Bar
- 3+ years professional working experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
