$140,000 - $175,000 Base plus Bonuses and Incentives

If you are in your first, second or third year of practice in Personal Injury Litigation, this fantastic firm wants to give you the opportunity for growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases and a passion for advocating for the rights of injury victims. This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, including complex litigation matters, and to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients.
The Right Fit For This Role Will:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through trial and appeal, including investigation, discovery, and litigation.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and assess liability and damages.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for filing in state and federal courts.
- Prepare clients for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings.
- Advocate for clients in court appearances, presenting evidence, examining witnesses, and arguing motions.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with medical experts, accident reconstruction specialists, and other professionals to build strong cases.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case status, answer questions, and address concerns.
Do You Have:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- 1-3 years of experience practicing personal injury law, with a focus on plaintiff-side litigation.
- Solid track record of successful litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to providing excellent client service.
