DUTIES: Manage the activities of a team responsible for leading and implementing data governance and data privacy efforts for the Comcast enterprise; manage the data supply chain from data producer through data consumer; create and deploy enterprise data governance and information handling policies in accordance with regulatory and enterprise guidelines, including CCPA, CPRA, and GDPR; implement data governance best practices and train enterprise users on best practices in data accountability, data usage and purpose, and data access; deploy data quality frameworks using Spartan/DQF, Collibra, Informatica, and Atlas; utilize Collibra, Informatica, and IDDL/Atlas for metadata management; create governance and privacy deployment process maps with Microsoft Visio; develop and maintain data quality, change controls, and data delivery service level agreements; design the Data Consumer Producer Agreement instruction guide; process documentation and maintenance for end-to-end data governance and data privacy workflows; deploy the Data Producer and Consumer Agreement; and guide and mentor junior-level employees.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and five (5) years of experience creating and deploying enterprise data governance and information handling policies in accordance with regulatory and enterprise guidelines, including GDPR; implementing data governance best practices and training enterprise users on best practices in data accountability, data usage and purpose, and data access; of which three (3) years must include deploying data quality frameworks using Spartan/DQF, Collibra, Informatica, or Atlas; utilizing Collibra, Informatica, or IDDL/Atlas for metadata management; and of which one (1) year includes creating governance and privacy deployment process maps with Microsoft Visio.
