The Supply Chain Coordinator will provide supply chain support that results in securing the highest quality ingredients, equipment, and support for our Franchisees and Corporate Cans. The role will interact with all internal and external guests and vendors to ensure optimal working relationships and service. To ensure optimal results, the role will report to the VP, Supply Chain and work cross-functionally in support of marketing, training, culinary, operations, and other areas. Essential additional duties include (1) coordination and administration of the supply chain project management platform (2) working closely with all departments as we onboard new vendors and maintaining those relationships.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Management of the project management software (Monday.com) and tracking of all project deliverables.
- Establish and formalize the vendor onboarding process.
- Work with financial planning and analysis group to maintain usage and forecasting.
- Drive continuous improvement of systems, processes and people through effective assessment of capabilities and development/implementation of strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Support the Operations Team in all development of SOP’s to ensure the highest quality of product and
- The preparation reports as well as analyzing statistical data is also a very important part of this role.
What You’ll Need
- At least 1-year of supply chain experience or equivalent education with a bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain management..
- Organized, solution-oriented, results-driven, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to prioritize to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Multi-tasking ability between analytical duties and guest service/relationship building.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication that builds solid, professional internal and external relationships.
- Focused on supporting field operations with an internal customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and analyze business needs.
- Must be able to maintain confidential and proprietary information.
