Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Proficient in food preparation and kitchen management.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Availability to work evenings Tuesday-Saturday.
