Shift: Variable Days / 7a-3:30p / 7a-5:30p, 8's / 10's, 40 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
One day off TBD/ 9-5:30P M-F/ 7-7:30P M, W, F/ 11-7:30P M-F
Weekend REQ: On call 2 weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) per 6 weeks
Vascular Call/General Call 8-9 shifts per 6 weeks pre-assigned
Requirements:
- IL License
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Vascular and ophthalmology experience required
- Vascular call experience
- General OR experience
- BLS
- CNOR preferred
- CVOR & Hybrid OR experience preferred

- Required Surgery Case Experience: Endo/Laparoscopic, General, Ophthalmology, Urology, Vascular

- Required Urology skills/experience: Cystoscopy. Trauma amputation experience required
- Required Vascular Skills/Experience: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Aortocaval fistula repair, Aortoenteric fistula repair, Arteriovenous fistula repair, Arteriovenous malformation surgery, Atherectomy, Carotid angioplasty, Carotid artery stenting, Carotid Endarterectomy, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, Femoral popliteal bypass graft, Renal artery bypass surgery, Scrub Vascular Surgery, TEVAR (Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair), Vein stripping. Required General Surgery Skills/Experience: Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection, Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, Laparoscopic assisted procedures, Scrub General Surgery, Thyroidectomy partial/total

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
