Our real estate client seeks a National Leasing Specialist/Customer Service Specialist with 2+ years call center experience. This role involves handling prospect and resident calls and chats, including application status requests, move-in/move-out experiences, escalations, and light maintenance. Responsibilities include training and mentoring teammates, ensuring call quality, and providing exceptional customer service.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Convert inquiries into property tours and appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct virtual tours with enthusiasm.
- Maintain knowledge of our client's 300+ properties and their amenities.
- Enter prospect information accurately into Yardi CRM.
- Ensure detailed notes on guest cards for effective communication.
- Redirect calls appropriately.
- Manage and respond to the Yardi CRM queue.
- Follow up with properties on specials.
- Handle resident calls and application statuses.
- Mentor teammates and manage interactions through Zendesk.
- Participate in team environment positively.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience required.
- 6+ months in our client's contact center or 2+ years in another call center.
- Property management experience desired.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Yardi CRM and ADP experience preferred.
- Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and provide creative solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance.
- Regular attendance and professional appearance required.
- Compliance with our client’s policies and Fair Housing laws.
