A manufacturing organization in North Carolina is hiring for a Sr. Analyst for Organization Effectiveness.
A Sr. Analyst for Organizational Effectiveness supports company-wide performance by seeking to understand opportunities across the broader HR organization and work towards overall resolution and improvement. This role will own key processes, develop data insights to increase effectiveness of company-wide human capital practices in partnership with HR colleagues and other stakeholders, and serve as a liaison between our technical team and the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Problem-Identification & Resolution
o Explore opportunities, and partner with HR colleagues to proactively identify and frame continuous improvement opportunities. Diagnose performance gaps and making recommendations for improvement.
o Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data management processes and tools, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
o Use analytics and metrics and structured problem-solving methods to evaluate performance and recommend solutions.
o Monitor and analyze trends in people and organizational performance.
Key HR Process Ownership
o Support overall workforce planning process across organization, inclusive of temp/contractor management.
o Support processes to better utilize Dayforce HRIS across organization.
o Support M&A efforts inclusive of labor market studies as requested by business or ad-hoc analysis to determine people and organization decisions.
o Respond to ad-hoc requests from business units with insights.
Data Analysis and Visualization
o Design, produce, and analyze HR data from multiple sources via dashboards and reporting for senior leadership and HR stakeholders, providing visibility into key workforce metrics and trends.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and performance targets aligned with organizational goals, tracking progress, and making recommendations for improvement.
o Use data visualization tools to identify trends, correlations, and patterns in HR data, translating complex data sets into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management
o Serve as change agent and work closely with HR business partners to build a continuous-improvement and data and insight-driven culture in HR.
o Deliver relevant training sessions as new enhancements, tools, and/or capabilities are introduced by the OE group.
Project Management
o Utilize project management tools to lead and participate in projects focused on improving organizational effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related business discipline
· 5+ years experience in people analytics tracking, analysis, and reporting
· 3+ years experience in supporting a manufacturing workforce strongly preferred
· Previous experience in working with teams in a matrix organization
· Experience in project management and end-to-end execution of projects
