- Involved or participated in,
- Reliability Improvement Projects
- Preventive Maintenance Optimization Projects
- RCM study on the equipment
- Process improvement methods for maintenance effectiveness.
- Develop/Improve Asset Maintenance Strategy
- Conduct Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)
- Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
- Perform Bad Actor Analysis
- Perform Criticality Assessment
- Ability to conduct reliability workshops with all stakeholders - Review, approve and coach others on reliability deliverables.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM) Optimization techniques and methodologies
- Create/Validate PM Plans and Task list.
- Identify appropriate spares to tie to task list.
- Knowledge about PM Structure and Work Management process
- Data & Analytics - Data driven decisions.
- Ability to interface with many cross functional technical groups.
- CMMS Software – SAP PM
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and Power Point
