Responsibilities of the Director of Manufacturing:
- As the Director of Manufacturing, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing production operations
- You will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance overall manufacturing performance.
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals.

- Team Management:

Requirements of the Director of Manufacturing:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years in manufacturing management
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
