Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a team responsible for product setup, bundling, and daily operations.
- Monitor stock levels, collaborate with planning teams, and ensure optimal product availability.
- Develop data-driven strategies to optimize product placement, enhance user experience, and maximize conversions.
- Leverage analytics tools to monitor traffic patterns, customer behavior, and sales trends.
- Product Page Optimization:
- Create compelling product listings and utilize automated tools to personalize product sorting.
- Conduct A/B tests to identify effective merchandising strategies and refine conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with developers to ensure site functionality and troubleshoot merchandising issues.
- Oversee promotions, seasonal campaigns, and dedicated product pages.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (web development, digital product, UX/UI design) to achieve strategic goals.
- Align merchandising with overall brand strategy by collaborating with marketing, creative, and product development teams.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, site operations, or digital retail management.
- Strong understanding of an industry-leading e-commerce platform and its capabilities.
- Familiarity with tools like Nosto, Rebuy, and Bizarre Voice.
- Quick learner with the ability to configure merchandising applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing product information and inventory.
- Solid grasp of the apparel industry, including fashion trends and seasonality.
- Proven track record of boosting sales and improving KPIs in an e-commerce setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with e-commerce SEO best practices.
- Understanding of email marketing strategies and their impact on merchandising.
