Nationally recognized for their expertise, this team seeks a skilled attorney with at least four years of experience in renewable energy project development. As a key team member, you will manage renewable projects from start to finish, lead client calls, and manage and delegate work to junior associates. Hands-on experience in Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) agreements and contracts, Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), and equipment supply agreements is required. Four years of project development experience is essential. A strong academic background and law firm experience is strongly desired.

Compensation: $205,000 - 275,000, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus.
