As an Associate Accounts Receivable Analyst, this person will primarily responsible for the collection and maintenance of client accounts receivable. Also responsible for client customer service, analyzing receivables by product type, cash application and recording of receipts paid by check, wire and ACH. (This role will be a 6-month contract)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify unpaid items on AR Aging Reports, send and communicate client specific AR reports to our clients to follow up for payment and resolution on a daily basis.
Primary collection function will be related to recouping overpayment of wages.
Exemplify professionalism in providing quality customer service to our clients.
Managing receivables for assigned accounts, ensuring clients remain current and in good standing with EP.
Enforce company payment terms and policies
Monitor client deposits, invoice activity and payment performance for compliance with company policy.
Investigate and analyze billing inquiries to facilitate dispute management and communicate findings with clients.
Review and update internal accounting and workflow records in real time.
Handle a high volume of client contact via email and telephone.
Ability to learn software programs quickly and maneuver between multiple systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
BA or BS Preferred
1 to 3 years accounting experience preferred
Oracle and Salesforce experience preferred
Technically savvy and ability to work with multiple system platforms
Demonstrate ability to learn new programs quickly
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Working knowledge of payroll concepts
Good Organizational skills
Able to meet strict deadlines
Able to handle a high volume of client communication
Special projects as assigned
The hourly rate for this position is $24.71 to $26.71 and will be commensurate with experience related to the position.
