Creand Wealth Management is looking for a Client Service Associate to join the team at our Miami office (Brickell). Creand (Beta Capital) Wealth Management was founded in 1995 in Miami as broker dealer and investment advisory firm specializing in providing investment advice and trade execution services to individual and institutional investors. About the Role:
Our new Client Service Associate will be primarily responsible for assisting the assigned Financial Advisors Team, focusing on the establishment and maintenance of clients’ accounts, providing the highest quality of service to every customer. The position entails phone communication, customer contact, and other support functions for the assigned Team, including preparation of reports and other paperwork, as well as managing confidential and sensitive information. For this opportunity, only candidates local to the Miami area will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Support the assigned Team by reviewing and submitting account paperwork for processing and approval and creating client files.
- Maintain appropriate records as required for all transactions including appropriate follow-up assuring that all elements of a transaction are successfully implemented.
- Ensure timely and accurate account set up, money movement, and investment trades.
- Interact with clients continuously. Process client requests, solve client inquiries, and make sure key client information and documentation is up to date, maintaining strong relationships with the clients.
- Perform administrative duties that support the assigned Financial Advisors in their daily business activities.
- Eventually assist in the execution of Mutual Funds, Stocks, ETFs, Bonds, and Options trades.
- Reconciliation of trading affirmation/confirmation platforms.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory rules.
- Work with middle and back-office colleagues to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in technical applications needed for carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the position, such as Microsoft Office.
- Communication skills in Spanish are needed.
- Active Series 7 license at the time of hire is required or eventually must take the exam.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills.
- Orientation to detail with great organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential information and matters with high discretion and high ethical standards.
