Your role and responsibilities
Are you passionate about driving organizational effectiveness through technology? We’re seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping our IS services, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment. As the Information Systems Manager, you will collaborate with leadership to define and execute IS strategies that align with our organization’s vision. You’ll design, manage, and continuously improve IS processes to meet business requirements. Additionally, you’ll serve as the go-to resource for knowledge, providing insights and solutions to enhance efficiency. Engaging with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure smooth IS service delivery.

You will be mainly accountable for:
•Describing and defining IT processes/services including relationships, dependencies, and business value, and regularly maintaining all service-related information within the service management tool.
•Preparing and maintaining process documentation for the system services and advising on the correct and effective use of the services.
•Applying and executing the relevant measurement and reporting management practice to enable planning, controlling, reviewing, and auditing services to meet agreed Key Performance Indicator targets.
•Providing consultation, advice, and supporting the installation of IS services, or the change of existing IS services.
Qualifications for the role
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an enterprise End User support role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems related field preferred.
- Experience working in a demanding environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and Support of 0365
- Understanding of Networking Topology, Concepts and Server Infrastructure
- Experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive Windows 10/11 knowledge and support experience .
- Experience in programming or scripting in an IT environment preferred.
- Experience with manufacturing processes, procedures, and factory IT programs preferred.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
