Job Description
As an Operations Program Manager, you will lead and oversee the operational aspects of data support ensuring data quality, consistency, request & resource scalability. You will collaborate with a team of expert content creators (advance degree holders), client stakeholders across the globe and drive the success across different product areas.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain action plans, work intake tracker, schedules, and budgets. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Operational Efficiency: Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency within data support workflows. Implement process improvements and automation where applicable.
Status Updates: Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders regarding program progress. Highlight achievements, challenges, and areas requiring attention.
Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce data quality standards and protocols. Implement processes for ongoing data quality assurance. Conduct regular quality audits and assessments.
Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data quality and program effectiveness. Develop and maintain a dashboard for real-time metric reporting.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on program status performance, data quality, and key metrics. Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, workflows, and best practices.
Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with data support operations. Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies. Establish governance frameworks for data handling and access.
Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to meet program objectives, including budget management.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in data support processes. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data management.
Must-Have Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
Proven experience in creating visually appealing and informative business presentations using Google Slides or PowerPoint.
Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques, with the ability to transform data into clear and impactful visuals.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in basic data analysis using Excel or Sheets formulas.
Experience managing and working effectively within large teams (over 100 members), collaborating with leadership members to achieve common goals.
