- Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
This position is responsible for the success of both the adult and pediatric programs for Hemodialysis, PD, Apheresis, Ambulatory Treatment Clinic and Home Dialysis. In addition there are numerous regulatory compliance requirements for water management and inpatient and outpatient hemodialysis. Expertise in both dialysis and leadership is necessary.

QualificationsEducation- (BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required) or
- (MSN) Master's Degree in Nursing (Required)
Work Experience- 3+ years progressive clinical and management experience (Required)
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities- Demonstrates skills in human relations, human & material resource management. (Required proficiency)
- Evidence of ability to provide exceptional nursing leadership. (Required proficiency)
- Demonstrates the ability to facilitate change, excellent communication and organizational skills. (Required proficiency)
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor when responding to patients/customers. (Required proficiency)
- Able to handle high-pressure situations. (Required proficiency)

Licenses and Certifications- Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License (Required) and
- Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required)
- Certification in clinical or leadership specialty within 1 Year (Required)
