Position Overview
As a Battery Motor Senior Engineer, you will be recognized as a technical expert across multiple business units. You will lead the development and design phases of advanced motor technologies, playing a critical role in delivering innovative solutions for our world-class products.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Provide expert-level technical leadership and guidance throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concept through to product launch and post-launch support.
- Project Management: Manage complex engineering projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation of new motor designs and technologies.
- Product Development: Research advanced technologies and industry trends to lead new product development initiatives, focusing on motor control and battery management systems.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, testing, and manufacturing, to ensure alignment and synergy in product development.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring the successful development of innovative and profitable products.
- Prototype Development: Oversee and lead the generation, evaluation, and testing of prototypes to validate design, functionality, performance, and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with a strong background in motor control, battery systems, and advanced product development.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience with motor controllers, wireless controls (including RF and Bluetooth technologies), and the design of permanent magnet and brushless DC motors.
- Advanced Skills: Proficiency in embedded C programming for microcontrollers, design of switch mode power supplies, and electrical/electronic circuit design.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding and motivating engineering teams, both within and across business units.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in outdoor product development or a passion for outdoor activities such as fishing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation and presentation purposes.
