My client is a National Design/Build firm based in Metro Detroit looking to add a Senior Project Manager due to a backlog of work through 2026. They do work across the US with projects including Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Education, and Commercial ranging from $20-$50M. Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, scope, and execution of projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Implement and enforce quality control measures, conduct inspections, and ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Conduct safety meetings and ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain effective communication with leadership, clients, architects, and owners
- Travel regularly to the site to coordinate with the field, owners, and subcontractors
Qualifications
- 20+ years of Construction Experience
- Successful track record running ground up Design/Build projects valued at $20M+
- Light Industrial or Education experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Procore or other construction software
- BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent preferred
- OSHA Certified
- Ability to travel bi-weekly to out of state projects

- $120k-$140k base salary, depending on experience
