Title: Senior Project Manager
Location:Texas - Can be based in Plano, Dallas, Houston or Austin
Join our transportation team as a Senior Project Manager! Bring your expertise in highway projects and help lead the delivery of large-scale initiatives. Your role will be essential in growing our client base while managing projects. You will ensure project reliability, resource efficiency, quality deliverables, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee highway and roadway projects.
• Facilitate and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project staff.
• Ensure the quality of design and technical service delivery on transportation projects.
• Write and negotiate proposals with clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage project budgets, invoicing, and financial performance.
• Handle technically complex projects.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
• 10-15 years of experience in highway / roadway.
• Proven experience in PS&E.
• Exceptional leadership skills and client interaction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• TX PE license preferred.
• TxDOT Precertification is preferred.
