Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting/Executive Administrative Assistant located in New Hyde Park, NY. The role involves supporting the accounting department with administrative tasks, data entry, record keeping, and assisting with financial reports and assisting the owner to meet his administrative needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Previous experience in an administrative or accounting role is preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
