Job Description:
Our client located in the Springfield, MA area has an immediate opening for a SailPoint Developer to join their team. The SailPoint Developer will be assisting the Enterprise Application Support Department.
Responsibilities
Customer Support:
- Act as a point of contact for business partners, addressing inquiries, issues, and requirements related to identity and access management.
- Provide timely and effective resolution to customer-reported problems and incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Enhancements and Development:
- Participate in small-scale development projects to enhance SailPoint functionality and meet evolving business needs.
- Design, develop, test, and implement SailPoint solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to the improvement of existing processes and workflows.
Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of SailPoint implementations, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Implement measures to enhance system efficiency and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with team members to conduct periodic performance assessments and implement
- improvements.
Connected Applications Integration:
- Work closely with various business units to integrate and manage connected applications within the SailPoint ecosystem.
- Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between SailPoint and integrated applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring a reliable and efficient IAM environment.
Documentation and Training:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of SailPoint configurations, enhancements, and troubleshooting
procedures.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end users as needed.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3+ experience supporting SailPoint applications
- Must have SailPoint experience and have the ability to hit the ground running
- Experience with connector development and customization
- Solid understanding of identity and access management principles and practices
- Proficiency in Java/ Beanshell programming for SailPoint development
- Experience with building custom workflows, forms, quicklinks using SailPoint
- Experience in developing custom lifecycle events, rules, custom reports and certifications
- Experience in performing upgrades, applying patches and evaluating CVEs
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to identity management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a small team environment
Preferred
- SailPoint IdentityNow certification
- Familiarity with related IAM technologies and industry best practices
