Job Responsibilities:
Patient Evaluation: Assess patient needs and create individualized treatment plans.
Therapeutic Interventions: Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' ability to perform daily tasks.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and safety.
Progress Monitoring: Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaboration: Work with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.
Compliance: Ensure all practices adhere to regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Oregon (or eligible by your start date)
1-2 Years of Experience (community/home health experience preferred)
Current CPR Certification
