Job Description: Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled and entrepreneurial Project Manager who has a strong background in solar project management, particularly in C&I scale projects, and is eager to contribute to the company’s long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple solar projects (500kW-1MW) simultaneously, all at varying stages, primarily in Massachusetts.
- Oversee the execution of projects including carports, EV charging stations, rooftop installations, and ground mounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site visits and maintain communication with on-site teams.
- Participate in the strategic planning and growth of the company, particularly in the New England and Midwest sectors.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in solar project management, specifically in C&I projects.
- Electrical background/training.
- PMP certification preferred.
- OSHA 10/OSHA 30 certification.
- NABCEP certification preferred.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to wear multiple hats.
- Willingness to travel to various sites across Massachusetts as needed.
Work Environment:
- Primarily remote with one day per week in the office and site visits.
- Target start date: Mid-September/Early October.
