Our client, a Customized Process Equipment Manufacturer is seeking a Development Testing Specialist to join their team. As a Development Testing Specialist, you will provide operational support, customer cycle development, product testing, and assist with sterilization training. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in sterilization and bio-decontamination experience within a biopharmaceutical or medical equipment manufacturing environment.
Location: Sellersville, PA (onsite)
Pay Range: $67,000 - $75,000 - Depending on Experience
What’s the Job?
- Perform tests on products and technology applications.
- Assist leadership in planning, coordinating, preparing, and facilitating hands-on process training for sterilization, bio-decontamination, and washing.
- Assist Management and Staff during the quote process by completing cycle development/performance qualifications questionnaires.
- Collect and analyze data in a timely manner.
- Create, review, and approve calibration certificates.
What’s Needed?
- Bachelor of Science degree required, preferable Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Microbiology.
- 2+ years of working experience within a Technical or Industrial environment.
- cGMP and Aseptic processing/manufacturing knowledge.
- Ability to understand and convey engineering principles and scientific information.
- Analytical: bring structure to ill-defined problems.
- Genuine willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
- Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills.
