4 Corner Resources is seeking a Technical Program Manager who will oversee technology programs and manage the integration process from detailed design to final release. In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, driving cutting-edge solutions that bring imaginative projects to life.
This is a fully onsite role in Orlando, FL.
Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead technology programs from design to final release, including planning, budgeting, and system integration.
- Collaborate with internal partners and contractors for installation and system integration.
- Oversee engineering analyses, technical documents, and decision-making.
- Manage project requirements, scope, schedule, budget, and roadmaps.
- Lead the integration and delivery of attractions and ensure project milestones are met.
- Oversee program development, strategic fiscal planning, and vendor management.
- Facilitate communication between teams for clear scope delineation.
- Ensure the quality of technology systems and oversee vendor activities.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and contracts.
- Work closely with creative development teams to ensure project delivery aligns with creative goals.
- Participate in patent pursuits and follow Environmental, Health & Safety policies.
Technical Program Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field required, master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in theme park technical/engineering roles or a related technical field.
- Ability to interpret complex technical instructions and manage abstract and concrete variables.
- Organize and manage complex tasks and vendors for show and ride system development.
- Demonstrate strength in schedule analysis and contract management.
- Be comfortable influencing major decisions and working in a dynamic environment.
