The Billing Specialist is responsible for providing general support to the billing team including, but not limited to, time narrative entry and edits, corrections and edits to invoices, compiling expense back-up for invoice submissions, filing and other administrative functions.

Qualifications/Preferences:
- A minimum of (3) year related experience of related experience
- Technical skills should include MS Office, Word, Excel and Office
- Aderant, Elite, BillBlast, EbillingHub, and various eBilling Sites (Acuity, ascent, BillingPoint, Bottomline: Legal-X & Legal eXchange, Brightflag, Collaborati, Passport, CounselGO, CounselLink, Legal Tracker, Legal Solutions, SIMS, TyMetrix360, and Quovant)
- LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
