Our client is seeking an estate planning associate attorney to join their team. You will work closely with an established book of clients to design and implement customized estate plans, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. You will also assist clients with probate and trust administration matters.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing customized estate plans
- Drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Assisting clients with probate and trust administration matters Providing legal advice on estate planning issues
- Collaborating with other attorneys and staff members
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Current TN Bar License
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in estate planning or corporate business law in a law firm setting
