Our client is seeking an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join their team in Miami Beach.
- 4-6 week temp position (coverage for a leave)
- On-site 5 days per week
- 8:30AM-5:30PM
- Pay $60/hour
- Must be able to interview ASAP and start Mon, Tues
Responsibilities:
- On-site support of the office (small office- usually 5 people in office)
- Supporting the CEO
- CEO has his own support team in the NYC office but the on-site Miami support will work in tandem with the NYC team
- Handle all general office management (deliveries, supplies, groceries, printers, building management)
- Offer support to the CEO for general needs such as meeting/greeting visitors, assisting in time management to go from meeting to next, general admin support, etc.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have a mature and experienced personality that can handle a fast-paced and important work environment
- Candidates preferred to have worked in other Financial Services firms.
