Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of 6 months of experience working remotely in an inbound customer support or sales support role where they were required to UPSELL a product, service, or upgrade.
Experience in a high-volume support environment with the ability to be on the phone all day
Bilingual in English AND Spanish or Vietnamese
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and priorities
Ability to work independently but efficiently from home with the willingness to adapt- this is a start-up environment, so processes are constantly changing!
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
Experience with Zendesk or Athena Health
Proficient in Google Suite applications
Previous experience working in healthcare or a strong passion for health and wellness

You will be at the front lines, working directly with members who call in to help them reschedule appointments, answer their questions, and create an unforgettable experience that empowers them to take control of their health. You are the first point of support that most people will have, so your ability to connect with people is crucial.
The shift will be Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM (in their time zone)
Compensation:
$19/HR
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
