Integrated Design Engineers is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Seattle office Full-Time.

About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for structural design efforts across various projects and industries. You would manage the design, analysis, implementation, etc. You would do this while closely working with clients, and other cross-functional parties; to ensure success of each project.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the structural design and configuration of projects
- Perform detailed analysis
- Develop plans, specifications, and calculations as needed
- Provide on-site support
- Write detailed reports
- Work closely with other disciplines (architects, engineers, etc)
- Develop models
- Etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- About 3 years of experience in structural engineering
- Structural Engineering OR
- Professional Engineering license preferred
- A Master’s Degree (preferred) OR
- Bachelor's degree from an ABET school or equivalent (emphasis in structural engineering)
- Experience in steel, concrete, and other building materials
- Proven leadership
- Self-motivated
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain positive consumer relationships
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
