What You'll Do • Draft and Prepare Legal Documents: Collaborate with attorneys to draft and prepare responses, filings, pleadings, motions, interrogatories, and other necessary documents. • Manage Calendars and Deadlines: Maintain trial and discovery calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met. • Coordinate Legal Proceedings: Schedule depositions, hearings, appointments, and other legal events. • Organize and Manage Files: Open, close, and maintain case files, and ensure their proper management and organization. • Support Time Entry and Billing: Assist attorneys with time entry in billing software. • Handle Subpoenas: Track, issue, and manage subpoenas and other requests for information. • E-file Documents: Submit documents electronically using state and federal court databases. • Provide Administrative Support: Offer additional administrative support, including front desk coverage, as needed.
